Volunteer Marketeer

Burbank's Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is seeking volunteers age 55+ for the following volunteer opportunity.

DEFINITION: The City of Burbank’s RSVP Program is looking for adults 55 and over to provide a free grocery shopping 
service for our home-bound seniors.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketeer will meet with client to discuss grocery list prior to shopping. Marketeer will go shopping and if necessary assist client in putting groceries away.

HOURS/TIME COMMITMENT: Marketeer assignments are on an as needed basis.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Friendly, Ability to Communicate in English, Driver’s License, Auto Insurance. 

BENEFITS: Marketeer will be providing an essential service to home bound clients by allow them to live independently 
longer.
